Upcoming dates are on the results calendar. Each company links to its own results page with every quarter since early 2025 and how its shares reacted each time.
How to read the table
Revenue is revenue from operations; for banks it is total income, and net interest income is on the company page. Net profit is the profit attributable to the company's owners where it is reported. Figures are consolidated when the company files consolidated results, otherwise standalone, in ₹ crore.
Price reaction is the closing price of the first session after the announcement against the previous close: the same day if the results came out before 3:30 pm, otherwise the next session. Many results come out after market hours, so the reaction is often the following day's move.
Results season
Quarters end in June (Q1), September (Q2), December (Q3) and March (Q4) of India's April-March financial year. Q2 FY27 is the quarter to 30 September 2026. Large IT companies and banks usually report first, from the second week of the following month; most companies report in the last two weeks before the deadline.
Why a good result can send the shares down
Prices move on the gap between results and what investors expected, and on management's guidance, not on growth alone. A company can report higher profit than last year and still fall if analysts expected more. The table shows growth against last year, which is a fact, not against estimates, which are not published by the exchange.
Key takeaways
- Results from the companies' NSE filings, as soon as they are published.
- Revenue and profit against the same quarter a year earlier.
- The share price reaction in the first session that could trade on the news.
